Why Attend

The overall aim of this course is to provide participants with the skills needed to plan, manage, and control agile projects. Participants in this interactive course will also learn all the critical tools and techniques required to manage projects using agile best practices.

Course Methodology

This course relies on the use of individual and team exercises aimed at helping participants learn all key activities for agile project management. The course also relies on the use of case studies and presentations by participants followed by group discussions. In addition, this course incorporates pre and post testing.

Target Audience

Personnel who have fundamental knowledge of agile project management. The course is also designed to provide basic understanding of the practices, tools, and techniques used to effectively manage agile projects. Meirc is assigned as a Registered Educational Provider (REP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI®). This course is worth 12 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
